RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 35
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT AND SUPPLEMENT NO. 1 PROVIDING FOR THE INSTALLATION OF
RAILROAD CROSSING GATES AT LEWIS AND MARTIN STREETS AND AUTHORIZING
ITS EXECUTION.
WHEREAS a proposed agreement including supplement No. 1
with the State of California, Department of Transportation provid-
ing for the installation of railroad crossing gates at Lewis and
Martin Streets, in the City of Gilroy has been submitted to the
City Council for consideration; and
WHEP~AS, the City Council has read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and the
Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1978, by the
