RESOLUTION NO. 78-36
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RENAMING
KINEO COURT "CARR PLACE" AND RENAMING KENDALL DRIVE "liJENTZ
DRIVE",
Upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works-
City Engineer, and good cause appearing therefor;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
That Kineo Court located within Singer Subdivision
Tract Map (Sixth Street near Miller Avenue) be renamed "CARR
PLACE".
That Kendall Drive located within Singer Subdivision
Tract Map (Sixth Street near Miller Avenue) be renamed "WENTZ
DRIVE".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Official Map of the
City of Gilroy be amended accordingly and that a copy of this
Resolution be filed with the County Clerk and the County Sur-
veyor.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June, 1978, by the
