RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 38
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
FILING AN APPLICATION FOR TITLE V FUNDS THROUGH THE OLDER AMERI-
CANS ACT.
WHEREAS~ the Parks and Recreation Department desires to
apply for Title V Funds available through the Older Americans'
Act; and
WHEREAS~ the Title V Funds desired are in the amount of
$13~930.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Administra-
tor of the City of Gilroy is authorized~ on its behalf to submit
an Application for Title V Funds requested and it authorizes to
execute on behalf of the City of Gilroy said application includ-
ing any extensions or amendments thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June~ 1978~ by the
