Resolution 1978-46 -, _. -....- e e ! ~. ~ RESOLUTION NO. 78-46 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY DECLARING THE TREMAINE HOUSE A HISTORICAL BUILDING Upon application of NEIL MUSSALLEM of the MUSSALLEM DEVELOPMENT CORP. and good cause appearing therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that the TREMAINE HOUSE at 60 Fifth Street, Gilroy, a restored Victorian home designed by architect William Weeks and constructed in 1899, is hereby declared to be a Historical Building.
