RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 62
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF A COOPERATION AGREE~lliNT WITH THE HOUSING AUTHO-
RITY OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council
of the City of Gilroy by the Housing Authority of the County of
Santa Clara as required by the United States Housing Act of 1937,
a Cooperation Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Gilroy that the Mayor be and he is hereby authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1978, by the
