RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 77
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFO~~IA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANS-
PORTATION FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS.
WHEREAS, a proposed Agreement No. 04-5034 with the State
of California, Department of Transportation for Federal-Aid
Projects in the City of Gilroy has been submitted to the City
Council for consideration; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has read said agreement and is
familiar with the contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Gilroy, that the same be and is hereby approved and
the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed to sign the same on
behalf of said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of October, 1978, by the
