RESOLUTION NO. 78-88
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY MODIFYING
T}lli URBAN SERVICE AREA WITHIN THE CITY OF GILROY.
IDiEREAS) after study and hearings, the Planning Co~nission and
staff has recommended inc1usiQn of various parcels of land into the
Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy,
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council, with
minor modifications, concurs with said recommendations, and good cause
appearing therefore,
NOW, TIll~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Gilroy approves the attached list of parcels identified by assessors
parcel numbers and adopts the same for inclusion into the Urban
Service Area of the City of Gilroy.
