RESOLUTION NO. 78-89
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY RECOMMENDING
MODIFICATION OF THE URBAN SERVICE AREA OF THE CITY OF
GILROY WITHIN THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA
WHEREAS, after study and hearings, the Planning Commission and
staff has recommended inclusion of various parcels of land into the
Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy,
AND WHEREAS, after further study and hearings the Council, with
minor modifications, concurs with said recommendations, and good cause
appearing therefore,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of
Gilroy approves the attached list of parcels within the County of
Santa Clara identified by. assessor's parcel numbers and recommends
them for inclusion into the Urban Service Area of the City of Gilroy.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of November, 1978, by the following
vote:
