TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTH SA1~A CLARA VALLEY WATER
CONSEHVATION DISTRICT:
We, the undersigned, do hereby respectfully petition that
the South Santa Clara Valley Water Conservation District include
and take in the said District and make a part thereof the following
described tract of land situated in Santa Clara County, to-wit:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line
of Watsonville Road with the center line of Llagas Creek! said point
being also on the westerly boundary of the South Santa C ara Valley
Water Conservation District in Santa Clara County, California, and
running thence westerly along the center line of Llagas Creek to the
point of intersection of Llagas Creek and the center line of Sycamore
Avenue; thence along the southwesterly boundary of the irrigable area
which will be benefitted by the works of said District, the following

Craig in Lot 15 of the Machado Tract; thence along the
boundary line of the irrigable area which will be benefitted

center line of the Watsonville Road with the center line
of Bowden Avenue; thence southwesterly, southerly and south-
easterly along the center line of Watsonville Road, being
also the boundary of the District, to the center line of
Llagas Creek, bein ~ the point of beginning.
We do hereby allege that we are the owners of more than
one-half of the total acreage included in the above described tract,
and constitute more than "one-half of the total number of owners of
all of the land included in said tract.
