A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
THE CITY OF GILROY TO RELEASE UNCLAIMED FUNDS
TO THE GILROY POLICE DEPARTMENT, PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 50053
WHEREAS, the attached list of funds have been outstanding and unclaimed for more
than three years.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unclaimed funds on the attached list
in the total amount of $120,306.25 shall be transferred to the General Fund or other fund(s) so
designated, in accordance with Section 50053 of the California Government Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Gilroy on this 15"' day of June, 2015 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AULMAN, BRACCO, LEROE- MUNOZ,
TUCKER, VELASCO, WOODWARD and GAGE
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE

attached Resolution No. 2015 -33 is an original resolution, or true and correct copy of a city
