A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OFGILROY TO RELEASE UNCLAIMED CHECKS TO THE
CITY OF GILROY, PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA
GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 50055
WHEREAS, the attached list of checks has been outstanding and unclaimed for more
than one year; and,
WHEREAS, each of the checks listed on the attached summary is less than fifteen (15)
dollars, or any amount if the payee's name is unknown.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unclaimed checks on the attached list
in the total amount of $69.09 shall be transferred to the General Fund or other f ind(s) so
designated, in accordance with Section 50055 of the California Government Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of
Gilroy on this 15th day of June, 2015 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AULMAN, BRACCO, LEROE- MUNOZ,
TUCKER, VELASCO, WOODWARD and GAGE
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE

attached Resolution No. 2015 -32 is an original resolution, or true and correct copy of a city
Resolution, duly adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy at a regular meeting of said
Council held on the 15th day of July, 2015 at which meeting a quorum was present.
