j'ILEREAS, the Council of the City
July 184 1983 adopt Resolution N of Gilroy did on
No. 83 -54 declaring its
intention to proceed under the Public Streets, Highways
and Service Easements Vacation Law to vacate the ter
10 feet of a easterly
40 -foot north -south public utility easement
adjacent to the easterly boundary of Tract #3398, as shown
upon the map attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, notices of `' adoption of such resolution
were Published and
posted as .equired by law; and
WHEREAS. no objection to the proposed vacation was
filed at or before the hearing by the Council on August 15,
1983 I "
at 8:00 o clock p.m,, in the Council Chambers in the
City Hall at 7351 Rosanna Street Gilroy. California, the
time and place fixed for the hearing in said notices, and
heari the

considered the evidence presented as to the vacation described
herein;
