Paragraph 1 in the Statement of the City Clerk, page 1, reads: The map of "Tract No. 9270" subdivision, having been presented to the City Council of the City of Gilroy, California, on the 5`h day of Aug. 2002, it is hereby ordered by said Council that the said map be, the same is hereby approved. It is ordered that Ronan Avenue, Taos Way, Bazos Street, Bosque Street and easements dedicated upon said map be accepted on behalf of the public. Public service easements (P.S.E.) dedicated upon said map shall be accepted on behalf of the public.
