ELIZABETH THERESA THOMAS, TRUSTEE OF THAT CERTAIN REVOCABLE
TRUST CREATED BY DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 1996
( "Grantor ") does hereby grant to the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation of the
State of California ( "Grantee "), all that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County
of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described as Right -of -Way Dedication
Parcel of Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference (the "Right -
of -Way Dedication "), and a perpetual exclusive easement for public ingress and egress,
public utilities, and other public purposes (the "Public Services Easement ") in, over, under,
through and across that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
State of California, more particularly described as Public Service Easement Parcel of
Exhibit "A ". The locations of the Public Street Dedication and the Public Services Easement
are depicted in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
