By this release effective concurrent with the recordation date of the Release of Agreement for the Option to Purchase, Resale, an Refinance Agreement, the City hereby withdraws, rescinds, and declares of no further force and effect each and all of those restrictive covenants or promises made by Owner, Marisela Mercado to City as set forth in that agreement entitled Agreement for the Option To Purchase, Resale, and Refinance Agreement in the official records as above described.
