RELEASE OF AGREEMENT FOR OPTION TO PURCHASE RESALE AND REFINANCE
AGREEMENT
Ownership Units, City of Gilroy
The City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City ") has previously,
through a document entitled Option To Purchase, Resale, and Refinance Agreement dated June 18", 2013
and recorded June 28, 2013 Instrument No. 22283388, in the official records of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California inserted certain restrictive covenants in regard to the use of that real property located
in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, more particularly described in the attached
Exhibit A (the "Property").
By this release effective concurrent with the recordation date of the Release of Agreement for the
Option to Purchase, Resale, an Refinance Agreement, the City hereby withdraws, rescinds, and declares
of no further force and effect each and all of those restrictive covenants or promises made by Owner,
Marisela Mercado to City as set forth in that agreement entitled Agreement for the Option To Purchase,
Resale, and Refinance Agreement in the official records as above described.
