Trustee of the RMR Revocable Family Trust dated, February 5, 1999, ( "GRANTOR "), does hereby grant to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California ( "CITY "), a non - conclusive easement (the "Easement ") for Ingress and Egress of Emergency Vehicles, in, under, over, upon, and across all that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California, described in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit `B ", both attached hereto and made a part hereof, which description and plat are by reference incorporated herein.
