AND GRANT DEED
SYNGENTA FLOWERS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which was formerly known
as SYNGENTA FLOWERS, INC., a Florida corporation ("Grantor"), does hereby GRANT to the
CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("Grantee"), in fee for public
street purposes, all that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara,
California, described as "Syngenta Right of Way Dedication" in Exhibit "A" and shown in
Exhibit "B", both of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof. THE PURPOSE OF THIS
GRANT is to correct that certain Right of Way Dedication from Grantor to Grantee recorded on
October 31, 2016, as document number 23482192, Santa Clara County Official Records, in which
Sheet 1 of Exhibit `B" was inadvertently omitted.
Grantor does hereby also GRANT to Grantee, in fee for public park purposes, all that certain real
property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California, described as "Fee
Dedication Parcel C" in Exhibit "C" and shown in Exhibit "D", both of which are attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Corrective Right of Way
Dedication and Grant Deed dated Dc-[ob2 r- 15 , 2018 from SYNGENTA FLOWERS, LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of
California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy
pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2015-55 of the City of Gilroy adopted October
26, 2015, a certified copy of which is,on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, document #23133758, dated November 3, 2015, and
the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
