City Clerk Freels administered the oath of office to elected Council Members

A. Presentation of Draft Gilroy Place -Based Economic Development Strategy
by Economic & Planning Systems (EPS)
The item was introduced by City Administrator Gonzalez and further presented
by consultant David Zender.
Public comment was opened.
Ron Kirkish asked if the opportunity zone followed the executive order recently
issued by the President asking if the Governor had chosen the City as an
opportunity zone.
Peter Flemming spoke in support of development of an economic investment
zone for business owners.
Public comment was then closed.
The Council received the report.
