A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
GILROY FOR 2018-2019 ANDAPPROPRIATING PROPOSED
EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget
for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2017-2018 and 2018-2019, and the City Council
carefully examined, considered and adopted the same on June 5, 2017; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed
amendments to said budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 for the City of Gilroy in the staffreport
dated May 6, 2019 for the award of construction for the Citywide Pavement Maintenance
Phase II Project 19-RFP-PW-252.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the appropriations for Fiscal Year
2018-19 for the Capital Projects Fund 400 shall be increased by $1,191,912.00 and the
Vehicle Registration Fee Fund 225 shall be increased by $177,762.
