A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
AMENDING RESOLUTION 2019-70
WHEREAS, on October 21, 2019, the City of Gilroy City Council adopted Resolution No.
2019-70, which adopted a policy for the provision of housing loans to newly appointed City Officers,
Deputy City Administrator, Department Heads and/or Department Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend Resolution No. 2019-70 by adding
subsection 0) to SECTION 3 to require an annual review.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gilroy
that:
SECTION 1.
Resolution No. 2019-70 SECTION 3 is amended by adding a new subsectiono) to read as
follows:
" o) Annual Review. This policy shall be subject to an annual review by the City Council."
SECTION 2.
All other terms, conditions and requirements of Resolution No. 2019-70 remain in full
force and effect.
