1. Presentation of the City Administrator's Proposed Fiscal Year 2022 and
2023 Operating Budget
City Administrator Forbis presented the report and Finance Director Sangha
added to the presentation.
Recreation Manager Henig, Administrative Services & Human Resources
Director/Risk Manager McPhillips, Community Development Director Garner, Fire
Chief Wyatt, Police Chief Espinoza, and Public Works Director Jordan added to
the presentation by highlighting on past accomplishments and future workplans.

Possible Action:
Receive report and provide direction to staff on proposed Fiscal Year 2022
and 2023 operating budget.
