NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Gilroy, on Monday, May 2, 2022, after taking
public testimony, moved to continue deliberation of the following item:
Approval of the Community Development Block Grant and Permanent Local Housing Allocation
Public Service Grant Allocations and Community Development Block Grant Annual Action Plan
for Fiscal Year 2022-2023
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the City Council will continue deliberations at a regular meeting to
be held on Monday, May 16, 2022, beginning at 6 p.m., or shortly thereafter, at the Council Chambers,
located at Gilroy City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy, CA 90520. The City Council will resume the
public hearing where it left off on May 2nd with Council questions and deliberations. Any additional
written comments or other materials received before 5:00 p.m. on May 16th will be distributed to the
Council and posted on the City’s website as soon as possible, but they will not be read aloud at the
continued public hearing.
In compliance with the American’s with Disabilities Act, the City will make reasonable arrangements to
ensure accessibility to this meeting. If you need special assistance to participate in this meeting, please
contact the City Clerk’s Office a minimum of 72 hours prior to the meeting at (408) 846-0204 or
cityclerk@cityofgilroy.org. The hearing impaired can reach the City Clerk’s Office through the California
