RESOLUTION APPROVING DATE, TIME AND PLACE OF THE HOLDING OF REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE
AUTHORITY
1994 AUTHORITY REVENUE BONDS
The Board of Directors of the Gilroy Public Facilities Financing
Authority resolves:
That the regular meetings of the Governing Board of the Gilroy Public
Facilities Financing Authority shall be on the same dates, at the same times, and
at the same place as is approved from time to time for the holding of regular
meetings of the City Council of the City of Gilroy.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
adopted and passed by the Board of Directors of the Gilroy Public Facilities
Financing Authority, City of Gilroy, California, at a regular meeting thereof held
on the 21st day of March, 1994, by the following vote of the members thereof:
