the status about hybrid meeting. City Clerk Pham stated he will provide an
update at the City Clerk's report.

commissioners' questions.

City Clerk Pham provided an update about the status of hybrid meetings and
responded to commissioners' questions.
9. CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT
Assistant City Attorney Houston provided staff presentation and responded to the
commissioners' questions.
10. FUTURE COMMISSION INITIATED AGENDA ITEMS
Chair Bentz requested commissioners if they would like to agendize the review and
possible amending the Open Government Commission bylaws. The item received
unanimous support.
Chair Bentz requested commissioners to agendize a discussion of having joint
meetings with other boards and commissions. The item received unanimous
support.
11. ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 7:47 PM by Chair Bentz.
