FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION. the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,

GRANT to the CITY OF GILROY, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California,
("Grantee "), Storm Drainage Easement Dedication for public use in, under, over,
upon and across all that certain real property designated as "Storm Drainage Easement
Dedication" situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, California, described
in Exhibit "A" and shown in Exhibit "B", both attached hereto and made a part thereof.
