Possible Action: Kraig Tambornini presented the Project Garlic Industrial Subdivision. Kraig Tambornini also informed the commission of new edits to the CUP resolution language. Gary Heap and Gicela Del Rio addressed the commission regarding the potential traffic impacts and proposed mitigation of the project. Steve Beauchamp, representing the developer, spoke about the project. Steve requested that conditions 1 and 2 be removed from the resolution. Chair Fischer opened public comment. Jeff Salvotti commented on the project. Chair Fischer closed public comment. Possible Action: Approval of the 2022 Schedule of Regular and Special Planning Commission Meetings. Karen Garner brought to discussion the current schedule of the Planning Commission. The commissioners discussed moving the Planning Commission meeting start times to 6:00pm, commencing in January. Possible action: 1) Motion was made by Chair Fischer, seconded by Commissioner Doyle to approve the 2022 schedule of regular and special planning commission meetings.
