A General Plan EIR Consistency Report Pursuant to CEOA Guidelines Section 15183 has been prepared to evaluate whether the
proposed project is consistent with the City of Gilroy's 2040 General Plan for which an Environmental Impact Report was certified and for
which a statement of overriding consideration was adopted and whether there are project -specific signifcant effects that are peculiar to the
project or its site. The General Plan EIR consistency report found that the project is consistent with City of Gilroy's 2040 General Plan and
that there is nothing peculiar about the proposed project or the project site; thus, additional environmental review is not necessary.
