I. OPEN MEETING
Chair Seebart called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
III. REPORT ON POSTING THE AGENDA AND ROLL CALL
Management Assistant Christina Ruiz reported the agenda for the Regular Historic
Heritage Committee meeting of September 18, 2019 was posted on Friday, September
13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m.

Present: Chair Seebart, Committee Member Robinson, and Committee Member
Fischer.
Excused Absence: Committee Member Morales Medina
Arrived Late: Council Member Leroe-Muñoz (6:06)
IV. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES June 19, 2019
Motion to approve the minutes of June 19, 2019 as written
Moved by Committee Member Fischer, seconded by Committee Member Robinson.
Vote: Motion carried 3-2-0-0
Yes: Chair Seebart, Committee Member Robinson, and Committee Member Fischer.
Absent: Vice Chair Morales Medina and Council Member Leroe-Muñoz
No: None
Abstain: None
V. PRESENTATION BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC:
Chair Seebart opened public comment.

VI. NEW BUSINESS
A. Historic Heritage Committee Annual Report to City Council
Chair Seebart presented a draft version of the annual presentation report.
Comments were received from the Committee and Chair Seebart had indicated the final
version will be agenize for the October 16, regular Historic Heritage Committee meeting
to receive consensus prior to presenting to City Council on Monday, October 21, 2019.
Chair Seebart opened public comment.
Public Member Connie Rogers spoke.
Chair Seebart closed public comment.
VII. INFORMATIONAL ITEMS:

VIII. ORAL REPORTS BY MEMBERS OF THE HISTORIC HERITAGE COMMITTEE
Chair Seebart provided a brief report on the prior High Speed Rail meeting.
IX. PLANNING DIVISION MANAGER REPORT
Deputy Director, Sue O’Strander introduced the newest member of Community
Development - Phil Angelo, Planning Technician.
