I. OPEN MEETING
Chair Seebart called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. and led the Pledge of Allegiance.
III. REPORT ON POSTING THE AGENDA AND ROLL CALL
Planning Technician, Phil Angelo reported the agenda for the Regular Historic Heritage
Committee meeting of January 15, 2020 was posted on Friday, January 10, 2020 at
2:40 p.m.
Roll Call:
Present: Chair Seebart, Council Member Leroe-Munoz, Committee Member Robinson,
and Committee Member Fischer.
IV. APPROVAL OF ACTION MINUTES October 16, 2019
Committee Member Robinson moved to approve the minutes of the September 18,
2019 meeting as written, Committee Member Fischer seconded.
Vote: Motion carried 4-0-0-0
Yes: Chair Seebart, Committee Member Robinson, Council Member Leroe-Munoz, and
Committee Member Fischer.
No: None
Abstain: None
Absent: None
V. PRESENTATION BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC:
Chair Seebart opened public comment.
Member of the public Connie Rogers requested clarification on the scope and role of the
commission going forward.

A. Review of Historic Heritage Committee Charge and Bylaws
Planning Manager Julie Wyrick presented on the current status of the committee and it’s
role.

Connie Rogers spoke on finding volunteers to fill the vacant committee seats. She
indicated she could talk to volunteers at the museum.

Chair Seebart presented a motion to nominate committee member Robinson for the
position of chair.
Planning Commission Representative Fischer seconded the nomination.
Committee member Robinson accepted the nomination.

Vote: Motion carried 4-0-0-0.
