CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Vice -Chair Cooper at 7:04 p.m.
SECRETARY'S REPORT
The Agenda for this meeting was posted on October 6, 2016 at 3:00 p.m.

Commissioners Excused: Carol Smith, Hugh Smith
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion made by Commissioner Reddy to approve the minutes of September 14, 2016.
Motion was seconded by Commissioner Beman.
Motion passed unanimously (3-0-2).
APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion made by Commissioner Beman to approve the agenda of October 12, 2016.
Motion was seconded by Commissioner Reddy.
Motion passed unanimously (3-0-2).
Commissioner Reddy introduced herself to Deputy County Librarian Chris Brown.

OLD BUSINESS
A. Discussion of Library Commission Work Plan Regarding "Bike Fix -It Station"
This item will be discussed at a later date after more information becomes available.

Chris Brown gave the monthly report for County Librarian Nancy Howe, which was emailed to
the Commission in advance of the meeting. See attached report.
City Librarian, Lani Yoshimura
Lani gave her monthly report. See attached report.
