A. TM 16-03 (#16080041) (tentative map) requests subdivision of a 28+/- acre site into
113 single-family lots, seven open space lots, a remainder lot for future development,
and associated public and private streets (APN # 808-19-010 (portion); and 808-19-
024 (portion)). This project is located within the Glen Loma Ranch Specific Plan area
and is commonly known as The Grove at Glen Loma Ranch. This project encompasses
both The Grove and Luchessa neighborhoods within the Specific Plan area.

Motion to approve to adopt a resolution recommending the City Council TM 16-03

B. Z 17-01 (zone code amendment) proposes minor modifications to the Gilroy City
Code pertaining to Chapter 30 (Zoning Ordinance), which would be effective citywide.
Proposed text amendments to section 30.37.20(d)(6) would revise the guidelines for the
placement and removal of Temporary Banners over private property.
