From:Matthew C Duncan To:Public Comments Subject:EXTERNAL - Public Comment Item #14.1 Property: City-Owned 536 Acres at Hecker Pass (Including Gilroy Gardens Theme Park) Date:Monday, January 22, 2024 2:06:07 PM Hi, I am very much in favor of a downhill bike park. This would general substantial revenue as riders would travel to Gilroy rather than Lake Tahoe. It is also a much more environmentally friendly option to save on fuel, driving distance etc. This would be a huge plus for Gilroy and really put the town on the map. Very excited and fully supportive of the downhill bike park!!
