Dear Public Comments Committee, I am writing to express my wholehearted support for the proposed "Hillside Adventure Park," particularly the inclusion of the bike theme park aspect. We are a family of avid mountain biking enthusiasts. The development of a bike theme park within our community would not only enhance the recreational opportunities for residents but also attract visitors, boosting tourism and local businesses. The prospect of lift-accessed trails is especially exciting, as it provides accessibility for riders of all skill levels, promoting inclusivity and community engagement. I have reviewed the detailed proposal from Select Contracts and am impressed with the thoughtfulness put into creating a multifaceted adventure park that caters to various interests. The addition of zip lines and a wave and surf park further adds to the appeal of this project, making it a well-rounded destination for families and outdoor enthusiasts. I urge the City Council to consider the positive impact that the "Hillside Adventure Park" can have on our community, not only as a source of recreation but also as an economic driver. The potential for job creation and increased tourism revenue should not be overlooked. Please convey my strong support for this project during the Council meeting. If there are any public hearings or additional opportunities for community input, I am eager to participate and contribute further to the discussion. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to witnessing the realization of this exciting venture that will undoubtedly enrich our community. Best regards, Xiaoqin Ma
