Hello,
I missed sending this in before the deadline, but just wanted to share that this proposal looks
amazing!
I was really interested in supporting the mountain biking acces with the lift because it
would be fantastic to have options other than a 3 hour drive to Northstar for lift served trail
access for bikes. But after looking at the full proposal, it's much more than a place to go ride
bikes!
We have a 9 year old and I could see spending a couple weekends down there to check the
whole place out.
He'd love to go ride his bike, but the zip lines, ropes course, wake pool and wave pool would
certainly make it a multi day trip. My wife loves shopping, so she'd find things to do while we
are there as well.
This looks amazing! Nice work to those involved with planning.
