NOTICE OF MEETING CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION OF THE APRIL 9, 2024
DOWNTOWN COMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Downtown
Committee scheduled for Tuesday, April 9, 2024, beginning at 8:00 am, has
been canceled.
The next subsequent regular Downtown Committee meeting will be held on
Tuesday, May 14, 2024, beginning at 8:00 am at the Gilroy City Hall Council
Chambers located at 7351 Rosanna Street.
THIS NOTICE is conspicuously posted on or near the door of the place
where the meeting is usually held in accordance with Chapter 9, Division 2,
Title 5 of the Government Code of the State of California.

AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
I, Thai Nam Pham, declare as follows:
That I am the City Clerk of the City of Gilroy; that a regular meeting of the Gilroy Downtown
Committee to be held on February 13, 2024, is canceled and that a copy of said notice
was posted at a conspicuous place at the door of the room at which said meeting was
held.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
