All that real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, being a portion of "Lot 27" and "Lot 28", as shown on the map entitled "Tract
10426, Palomino", filed June 8, 2023 in Book 955 of Maps, at Pages 6 through 18,
Records of Santa Clara County, California, being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at the south corner of said "Lot 27"; thence along the southwesterly line
of said "Lot 27",
N23°02'15"W, a distance of 16.02 feet to the northwest line of a "16 foot wide Public
Service Easement", as shown on said map, and the Point of Beginning; thence
continuing along said southwest line,
