Dear members of the Gilroy City Council,
Only an immediate and permanent ceasefire will stop the terrible suffering of
Palestinians in Gaza.
I urge you to support Resolution #2 as it is a humanitarian statement that
shows caring for all people in Israel and Gaza to live in "dignity and safety."
It calls for the release of all hostages, an immediate permanent ceasefire,
and humanitarian assistance to Gaza, including food, water, fuel and
medical supplies. It shows respect for the value of human life and for the
responsibility of all parties to comply with international law.
