A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF
GILROY FOR THE 2025-2026 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget for the
City of Gilroy for Fiscal Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, and the City Council carefully examined,
considered, and adopted the same on June 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council a proposed amendment
to the budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (FY26) for the City of Gilroy in the staff report dated June 2,
2025, for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year 2025-2026 Funding
Allocations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the revenue and expenditure appropriations for
Fiscal Year 2025-2026 in Fund 245 – CDBG Fund shall be increased by $58,912.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of June 2025 by the following roll call vote:

MARQUES, RAMIREZ, BOZZO
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE
ABSTAIN: COUNCIL MEMBERS: NONE
