Dear COG and Zach,
I lived at 6500 Monterey Gateway Apartment in the past more than 5 years and have gone
through very scary situations.
I hope to resolve 2 issues:
<1>. The apartment management did not solve the criminal noise and illegal drug issues that
bothered numerous tenants whom I have talked to.
<2> My security deposit for a transfer from Unit 213 to 402 had a super-hike from $829 to
$2074 because my OSH program was not able to locate the fund for me due to my set-aside
funds for the introduction and publication of my 20 years' work result. After my transfer, my
conditions only improved some but other issues also bothered me.
I will update new information and hope that the process is an easy one for me and other Gilroy
residents housed or unhoused.
