Mayor and City Council Member and City Manager,
Thank you for extending the dismantling of the homeless encampment to the end of
February. The cold season is still with us and I am urging you to consider extending the
protections until late March 2026, when we get past the cold weather. This extension of time
will also allow the provision of services to the homeless to get them into perma housing.
