PUBLIC COMMENTS PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54954.3, AT A SPECIAL MEETING,
COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC WILL BE TAKEN ONLY ON THOSE ITEMS ON THE AGENDA.
Persons wishing to comment are requested, but not required to complete a Speaker’s Card located at the
entrances. The speaker will be called immediately before the item is presented. Public testimony is subject to
reasonable regulations, including but not limited to time restrictions for each individual speaker. Individual
remarks will be limited to 3 minutes each, unless otherwise stipulated.
