Re: Extension of Lease Agreement for Las Animas Recreation Room
Dear Mr. Nunez,
This letter is to provide you with notice that the City received your timely request to exercise the
second renewal option for the lease agreement, effective November 1, 2024, for 400 Mantelli Dr, Las
Animas Recreation Room, for an additional (12) months, in accordance with Paragraph 10 of the lease
agreement.
The term of the second option is from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027, with no
additional renewal options. The monthly rent for the period is $ 1,328.72. 2All terms and conditions
stated in the agreement shall remain status quo for the extended period.
