Add the Project to the Fiscal Year 26 (FY26) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with Project Number 801180; and 3. Adopt a resolution amending the FY26 budget within Gas Tax Fund (205) to appropriate $189,693.80 in FY 2024 SS4A Grant Funds to the Project, along with $47,423.45 in local match from the Gas Tax Fund balance, for a total of $237,117.25. 7.2. Adopt a Resolution Approving the Plans and Specifications for the Las Animas Park Pickleball Courts Project, Appropriating $499,190 to the Project, and Awarding a Construction Contract to Monterey Peninsula Engineering for an Amount Not to Exceed $1,226,401 with a Total Project Construction Cost Including Contingency of $1,288,000 1.
