Good afternoon,
I would like to go on record to request the Deletion of the wording where "the planning Commission
review only where "City Staff believes" a project would result in significant and unavoidable impacts"
because the trigger should be tied automatically to the certified EIR and Statement of Overriding
Considerations document itself.
