I request that for DELETION of the wording where "the planning Commission review only where "City Staff
believes" a project would result in significant and unavoidable impacts" because the trigger should be
tied automatically to the certified EIR and Statement of Overriding Considerations document itself. The
Planning Commission agenda and reports etc.
the planning commission knows we r in drought as always.
we cannot use any resources water especially.
there's so many instances all over country of noise pollution ,water pollution.
I respect all positions if clearly stated and mortiuim is placed til we can truly be included and we are the
people . you represent.
without representation, is taxation without representation, basic terms
and we can proceed . by calling the council's dismissal.
mortiuim on project and future projects .
quit pretending or lying no future projects
give the people representation
respect of a true open dialogue.
please address at Thurs City council meeting .
