Council Member Fugazzi - Reported on Visit Gilroy's work to actively train their AI services and provided facts on some areas in which Gilroy's economy is growing. Council Member Marques - No report. Council Member Hilton - Reported from Silicon Valley Clean Energy on their upcoming event held in Sunnyvale on August 31st. He also shared that the board approved two new pilot programs (ELEC 2.0 no rate for customers and the SVC EV rate). Council Member Ramirez - No report. Council Member Cline - Recognized Gilroy Gardens for the great work that they do to make it a great place to visit. Mayor Bozzo - No report. 8. Motion Award a Professional Services Agreement to Kimley-Horn for an amount not to exceed $237,117.25 for the development of the City of Gilroy Comprehensive Roadway Safety Action Plan (Project) No. 26-RFP-PW-529, authorize the City Administrator to execute the contract and associated documents, and add the Project to the Fiscal Year 2027 (FY27) Capital Improvement Program (CIP) with Project Number 801180.
