RESOLUTION NO. 2026-60
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GILROY AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2026-27 AND APPROPRIATING PROPOSED
EXPENDITURE AMENDMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Administrator prepared and submitted to the City Council a budget
for the City of Gilroy for Fiscal Year 2026 and 2027, and the City Council carefully examined,
considered and adopted the same on June 2, 2025; and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator proposes amending the Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget
to reappropriate $16,489 from org and object 1005510-51630 to org and object 6156500-51630;
and
WHEREAS, the City Administrator proposes amending the Fiscal Year 2027 budget to
increase in appropriation of $76,256 in org and object 6156500-51630; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has prepared and submitted to the City Council proposed budget
amendments to said budget for the City of Gilroy and the City Council has carefully examined
and considered the same and is satisfied with said budget amendments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED it is hereby ordered that said proposed budget
amendments for Fiscal Year 2027 are approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of August 2026 by the following roll call vote:

MARQUES, RAMIREZ, BOZZO
