Re: Charitable Gift of Parcel Q to City of Gilroy.
The City of Gilroy acknowledges the following charitable contribution:
1. On March 5, 2025 the City of Gilroy, a qualified charity under IRS 170 (c)(1), received from the
donors Parcel Q as identified in the attached Grant Deed.
2. The City provided no goods or services in consideration for or in exchange for Parcel Q.
3. Parcel Q was accepted exclusively for the public purpose of a fire station.
The City take no position as to how this transaction is ultimately treated for donor's tax purposes.
