Subject:EXTERNAL - Hecker Pass Housing Dispute - "Barns and Bees" vs the Developer

I have recently become aware of this on-going dispute and would like to get feedback and
rationale from both the City Attorney and Planning Commission on their recent actions and
demands (ie moving Hoey Barn, wildlife and agricultural set backs, Highway 152 noise
abatement); effectively, stalling this proposed development.
Is this an example of bureaucratic delay (if so , why), a Builders Remedy argument?
Finally, what is the Board's stance on this topic.
