Britt Smith - Expressed how she believed it would be redundant to pay the Police Department and an outside security company to monitor parks after hours. Joshua N. Motion Award an agreement to Citiguard, Inc. for after-hours park patrol services at five City parks. The agreement would have an initial one-year term of $69,203, with up to four additional one-year administrative extensions, for a total amount not to exceed $346,015 over five years, approve the Second Amendment to the agreement with Frank & Grossman Landscape Contractors, Inc. to add park restroom cleaning and gate-opening services from September 1, 2026, through October 31, 2027; increase the agreement by $129,841.60; and establish a revised total amount not to exceed $1,711,718.20, and authorize the City Administrator to finalize and execute both agreements and related documents, including any authorized administrative extensions, subject to satisfactory performance and available appropriations.
